摘要 作为GJFJKH型光缆之一的PA12紧包柔性不锈钢铠装光缆,其采用芳纶纱加强件、PA12紧包光纤、不锈钢软管单铠、LSZH阻燃聚烯烃护套,因而具有极好的室内机械性能、较好的光传输性能、优异的环境性能,且质轻、柔软、防虫鼠咬、施工便利。为了满足客户和YD/T 2488—2013标准对PA12紧包柔性不锈钢铠装光缆的各项性能要求,在进行相关结构设计和材料选择的基础上,制订了PA12紧包柔性不锈钢铠装光缆的生产工艺控制目标,并对各生产工艺控制要点进行详细介绍。最终成功批量生产了PA12紧包柔性不锈钢铠装光缆。 PA12 tightly buffered flexible stainless steel armored optical cable, as one of the GJFJKH type optical cable, uses aramid yarn reinforcement, PA12 tightly buffered fiber, stainless steel hose single armor, LSZH flame retardant polyolefin jacket, thus having excellent indoor mechanical property, good optical transmission property, excellent environmental performance and is light, flexible, gopher and insect biting protected, and easy to lay. In order to meet the optical cable performance requirements of customers and YD/T 2488-2013 standard, on the basis of relevant structure design and material choice, the production process control objectives of the cable are made and the main points of the production process controi are described in detail. Finally, the PAl2 tightly buffered flexible stainless steel armored optical cable is mass produced successfully.
