Development Strategy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Bijie by SWOT Model

目的:探讨提升毕节市中药产业发展竞争力的策略。方法:运用SWOT法,对现阶段毕节市中药产业发展面临的优势、劣势、机会与威胁进行分析,并提出相应的策略。结果与结论:以发挥优势、克服弱势、利用机会、化解威胁为导向,培育中药产业的竞争力,对于全面提升毕节市中药产业发展的质量和水平具有积极的指导意义。

Objective： To explore the development strategies to enhance competitiveness of traditional Chinese medicine in Bijie. Methods： The method of SWOT was adopted to study the development of the traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） industry in Bijie at present. The strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats were analyzed, and the promotion strategies were put forward. Results and Conclusion： It is necessary to take advantages, overcome weaknesses, use opportunities and neutralise threats to cultivate the competitiveness of traditional Chinese medicine industries, which may also have a positive influence on improving the quality and level of traditional Chinese medicine industries in Bijie City.
