运用PDCA循环模式促进医院制剂质量管理的持续改进

Application of the PDCA Cycle Mode to Continuous Improvement of the Quality Management of Hospital Preparations

目的:探讨PDCA循环模式在提高医院制剂质量管理中的应用及可行性,提高制剂质量,确保用药安全。方法:对我院制剂质量管理现状进行调查,采用PDCA(计划-实施-检查-处理)循环管理模式,以制剂半成品不合格率为评价指标,对影响制剂质量的原因进行分析,制定计划、实施执行、反馈效果并进行总结。结果:2012-2015年,制剂半成品不合格率分别为0.29%、0.15%、0.08%和0.04%,呈逐年下降趋势。结论:PDCA循环管理模式应用于医院制剂质量管理全过程,有效提高了制剂质量,可在医院制剂质量管理中推广使用。

Objective： To discuss the application and feasibility of the PDCA cycle mode in the continuous improvement of quality management of hospital preparations, so as to improve the quality of hospital preparations and ensure the safety of preparations use. Methods： By investigating the conditions of quality management of hospital preparations and using unqualified ratio of semi-finished products as index, the PDCA（Plan-Do-CheckAction） cycle mode was applied to analyzing the causes that influenced the quality, helping work out and carrying out plans as well as studying feedbacks. The results were summarized. Results： After the application of PDCA cycle mode, unqualified ratio of semi-finished products decreased year by year, from 0.29% in 2012 before application to 0.15% in 2013, 0.08% in 2014 and 0.04% in 2015 after application. Conclusion： The application of the PDCA cycle mode in the entire quality management of hospital preparations could effectively improve the quality of preparations, which can be widely used in the quality management of hospital preparations.
