摘要
目的明确临汾市尧都区V法铸造厂建设项目产生的职业病危害因素,为制定职业病防护措施提供依据。方法根据国家有关职业卫生标准,采取职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法对建设项目进行评价。结果该项目存在的职业病危害因素包括噪声、粉尘、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、二氧化硫等。其中7.1%的工作岗位噪声超限,其余职业病危害因素均符合国家标准限值。结论该企业存在的职业病危害因素有噪声、物理因素和化学因素,职业病危害防护措施基本可行,有效。超限岗位应严格佩戴个人防护用品。
[Objective]To identify the occupational hazards in a vacuum molding construction project in Yaodu District of Linfen City,provide the basis for developing the occupational prevention measures. [Methods] According to national standards of occupational health,the methods of on-site occupational health investigation,occupational hazards detection and occupational health examination were used to estimate construction projects. [Results]The occupation hazards in the project were noise,dust,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide,nitric oxide,nitrogen dioxide,and sulfur dioxide. The noise intensity exceeded the standard limits in 7.1% of job posts,and the concentrations of other occupation hazards met the requirements of occupational exposure limits.[Conclusion]The occupation hazard factors in this enterprise are noise,physical factors and chemical factors. The occupational disease prevention measures are basically feasible and effective. The workers in exceeding standard posts must strictly wear personal protective equipment.
