建设项目职业病危害评价量化分类方法在控制效果评价中的应用

目的将职业病危害评价量化分类方法运用于建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价实践中,解决预评价结论中危害风险程度分类与建设项目职业病危害风险分类管理目录不一致的问题,重新量化职业病危害程度风险等级,利于职业卫生技术服务机构根据风险等级提出有针对性的职业病危害防护补充措施,使职业卫生监管部门有效地分级管理。方法参考国内相关文献资料,将较为成熟的建设项目职业病危害评价量化分类方法综合运用控制效果评价中,结合工作场所职业病危害调查和现场检测,对危害程度分级得出客观的评价结果。结果该项目职业病危害评价量化分类综合指数R=13,重新评定危害程度风险分级为较重,与建设项目职业病危害风险分类管理目录一致。结论职业病危害评价量化分类方法在控制效果评价中的综合运用,较好地解决了预评价结论中危害风险程度分类与建设项目职业病危害风险分类管理目录不一致的问题,并针对性地提出加强职业病防护措施的补充建议,为职业卫生监管部门有效地分级管理提供依据。

[Objective]To apply the quantitative classification method of occupational disease hazard evaluation in control effect assessment practice of construction project occupational disease hazard,solve the inconsistent problem of degree of hazard risk classification in pre-assessment conclusion and construction project occupational disease hazards risk classification management directory,quantify the risk level of occupational disease hazards degree,which is helpful for occupational health technical service institutions putting forward the targeted occupational disease hazard prevention supplementary measures according to the level of risk and occupational health supervision department making hierarchical management effectively.[Methods]Reference the domestic related literatures,the relatively mature quantitative classification method of construction project occupational disease hazard evaluation was integrated used in control effect evaluation,in combination with the workplace occupational disease hazards survey and field test,objective evaluation results of damage degree classification were put forward.[Results] The quantitative classification index of occupational disease hazard evaluation of this project was R =13,and the damage risk classification was heavier,which was consistent with the construction project occupational disease hazards risk classification management directory.[Conclusion] The integrated application of quantitative classification method of occupational disease hazard evaluation in control effect assessment better solves the inconsistent problem of degree of hazard risk classification in pre-assessment conclusion and construction project occupational disease hazards risk classification management directory,and targeted put forward the supplementary measures of strengthening occupational disease preventive measures,provides the basis for classification management effectively for the occupational health supervision department.
