摘要
目的探讨不同浓度重铬酸钾染毒对昆明小鼠肾脏毒性的影响。方法将40只体重、外观、生理状态相似的昆明小鼠随机分成5组,雌雄各半。分别用浓度为0(生理盐水)、2.672、5.344、10.687和21.375 mg/kg的重铬酸钾溶液染毒,每次灌胃0.3 ml,连续染毒1个月,观察昆明小鼠肾脏功能和肾脏系数的变化,并检测血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)、尿微量白蛋白(U-m Alb)、尿肌酐(U-Cr)含量。结果随着重铬酸钾浓度和染毒天数的增加,昆明小鼠的行为活动、生理状态、食欲明显变差。重铬酸钾溶液染毒2.672、5.344、10.687和21.375 mg/kg组昆明小鼠肾脏重量和肾脏系数均显著升高;随着染毒重铬酸钾浓度增加,4组昆明小鼠Cys-C、U-m Alb、U-Cr含量均显示不同幅度的升高。结论重铬酸钾对昆明小鼠肾脏具有明显的毒性,且毒性随重铬酸钾浓度的升高而增加。
[Objective]o explore the effect of different concentrations of potassium dichromate on nephrotoxicity of Kunming mice.[Methods]A total of 40 Kunming mice with similar weight, appearance and physiological character were randomly divided into five groups, half male and half female. The mice were exposure to normal saline,2.672,5.344,10.687 and 21.375 mg/kg potassium dichromate respectively,each gavage 0.3ml for 30 consecutive days. The change of kidney function and kidney index of Kunming mice were observed,and the contents of Cys-C,U-m Alb and U-Cr were detected. [Results]With the increasing of potassium dichromate concentration and infected days,the activities,physiological status and appetite of Kunming mice were weak. The kidney weight and kidney index of Kunming mice in 2.672,5.344,10.687 and 21.375 mg/kg potassium dichromate groups increased significantly. With the increasing of potassium dichromate concentration,the contents of Cys-C,U-m Alb and U-Cr showed different amplitude increases.[Conclusion]Potassium dichromate has obvious toxicity on kidney of Kunming mice,and with the increase of potassium dichromate concentrations,the toxicity increased.
