摘要
目的探讨以二硫化碳为溶剂的部分有机标准溶液的配置与储存条件及稳定性。方法通过标准溶液配制方法的探讨、不同样品瓶储存稳定性的比较、茶色样品储存瓶储存稳定性试验、标准碳管分析等多种方式,对二硫化碳中的乙酸乙酯、丁醇、氯苯、环己酮等标准溶液的配置、储存及稳定性进行考察。结果二硫化碳中的乙酸乙酯、丁醇、氯苯、环己酮等标准溶液在合适的条件下储存(安捷伦茶色样品瓶、4~10℃冷藏),至少可稳定2 a。结论可以节省试剂消耗,减少环境污染,又能减轻实验人员工作负担。
[Objective]To discuss the configuration and storage conditions and stability of some organic standard solutions with solvent of carbon disulfide. [Methods]Through the discussion on standard solution preparation method,comparison of storage stability among different sample bottles,storage stability test of brown sample storage bottle,and analysis of standard carbon tube,the configuration,storage and stability of standard solutions for ethyl acetate,butanol,chlorobenzene and cyclohexanone with solvent of carbon disulfide were observed.[Results]The standard solutions for ethyl acetate,butanol,chlorobenzene and cyclohexanone with solvent of carbon disulfide could be stored stably for two years under suitable conditions(Agilent brown bottles,refrigerated for 4-10℃). [Conclusion] The method can save the consumption of reagents,reduce environmental pollution and lighten the burden of laboratory personnel.
