阿司匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗脑梗死的疗效及安全性

The clinical effect and safety of aspirin combined with clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate on cerebral infarction

目的观察阿司匹林与硫酸氢氯吡格雷联合治疗脑梗死的疗效及安全性。方法将我院收治的210例脑梗死患者随机分成两组,分别为联合治疗组(100例)和单药治疗组(110例),比较两组患者的治疗有效率和不良反应发生情况。结果联合治疗组的治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于单药治疗组的72.73%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合治疗组的不良反应发生率为6.00%,低于单药治疗组的14.55%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑梗死患者采用阿司匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷疗效显著,且安全性高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of aspirin combined with clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate on cerebral infarction. Methods Two hundred and ten cases of patients with cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into combined therapy group （100 patients） and monotherapy group （110 patients）. The total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the combined therapy group was 96.00%, which was higher than 72.73% of the monotherapy group, the difference between two groups had statistically significance （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of the combined therapy group was 6.00%, which was lower than 14.55% of the monotherapy group, the difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Aspirin combined with clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate on patients with cerebral infarction has significant clinical effect and high safety.
