股骨近端锁定解剖钢板内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折的疗效观察

The curative effect of proximal femoral locking plate fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures

目的探讨股骨近端锁定解剖钢板内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法选取我院2014年5月至2016年5月收治的56例股骨转子间骨折患者为研究对象,将所有患者根据不同的手术方法分为对照组和研究组,各28例。其中对照组患者采用传统动力髋螺钉内固定手术治疗,研究组患者采用股骨近端锁定解剖钢板内固定手术治疗,对比两组患者的手术情况及术后髋关节功能恢复情况。结果研究组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、下床活动时间与住院时间都明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的髋关节优良率为96.43%,对照组的髋关节优良率为89.29%,研究组髋关节优良率略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论股骨近端锁定解剖钢板内固定手术治疗股骨转子间骨折临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of proximal femoral locking plate fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures. Methods Fifty-six cases of patients with intertrochanteric fracture admitted in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to different surgical methods, 28 cases in each group. The patients in control group were given traditional dynamic hip screw internal fixation, while study group were treated with proximal femoral locking anatomic plate internal fixation. The surgery and postoperative hip joint function recovery were compared between two groups. Results The operative time, amount of bleeding, ambulation time and hospitalization time of study group were significantly better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The excellent and good rate of hip joint in the study group was 96.43% and control group was 89.29%, study group is slightly higher than that of control group, but there was no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of proximal femoral locking anatomical plate fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures is significant, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
