摘要
目的观察半夏泻心汤化裁对于慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床治疗效果。方法选取经胃镜和病理检验确诊为慢性萎缩性胃炎的80例门诊患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。对照组服用维酶素片糖衣,治疗组给予泻心汤化裁治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为95.00%,对照组总有效率为72.00%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组幽门螺旋杆菌转阴率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤化裁治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎效用确切,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction on the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods Eighty cases of patients diagnosed with chronic atrophic gastritis by gastroscope and pathology in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group, the control group was taken vataeoenayme tablets, while the treatment group was given Banxia Xiexin decoction. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 95.00%, the total effective rate in control group was 72.00%, the difference showed statistical significance （P〈0.05）; the negative conversion ratio of HP in treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group, the differences showed statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of Banxia Xiexin decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis shows definite effect, which is deserve to be promoted in clinic.
