住院精神病患者发生骨折的原因分析及预防对策

Cause analysis and preventive measures of fracture in hospitalized psychiatric patients

目的对精神病患者在住院期间发生骨折的部位及影响因素进行分析,探讨对其预防措施。方法对2014年1月至2015年12月住院期间12例发生骨折的患者进行回顾性调查。结果发生骨折的因素很多,多发于患者股骨与前臂,常发生于卫生间、饭厅、病房等。患者发生跌倒与病情因素、机体因素、药物因素、封闭式环境因素有关。结论提出有针对性的护理防范措施并加强落实,有计划合理地安排患者活动,改善住院环境,完善建设设施,做好预防工作,可以有效预防患者骨折发生。

Objective To analyze the location and factors of the fracture of the mental patients during hospitalization, and discuss the preventive measures and methods. Methods Twelve cases of patients occurred fracture from January 2014 to December 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were many fracture factors, more common factors were femoral neck and forearm, the occurred place were in the toilet, dining room, sickroom and so on. The illness factor, the body factor, the medicine factor, the close type environment factor were related factors to fall down. Conclusion The strengthen implementation of targeted nursing prevention measures, reasonalble arranged the patient＇s activities, improving the hospital environment and the construction facilities can prevent the fracture of the mental patients.
