穴位贴敷预防外科术后尿潴留的护理效果分析

Analysis of nursing effect of acupoint sticking on prevention of postoperative urinary retention

目的探讨穴位贴敷预防外科术后尿潴留的护理效果。方法将手术治疗的100例患者随机分为两组,对照组(50例)采用常规护理,观察组(50例)在对照组基础上采用中药穴位贴敷,比较两组疗效。结果观察组患者术后3 h内腹胀症状减轻率(64.00%)显著高于对照组(46.00%);尿潴留发生率(4.00%)显著低于对照组(28.00%)(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位贴敷配合常规护理预防外科术后尿潴留效果良好,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the nursing effect of acupoint sticking on prevention of postoperative urinary retention. Methods One hundred cases of patients who underwent surgical operation were randomly divided into two groups. The control group （50 cases） received routine nursing and observation group （50 cases） accepted acupoint sticking on the basis of routine nursing. The effect between the two groups was compared. Results The rate of abdominal distension relief within 3 h after operation in observation group （64.00%） was significantly higher than that of control group （46.00%）; the incidence of urinary retention in observation group （4.00%） was significantly lower than that of control group （28.00%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint sticking combined with routine nursing has a good effect to prevent postoperative urinary retention and is worth of promoting.
