医学有机化学是医学生开展的专业基础必修课程,因此在医学有机化学教学中开展有效的大学生科研创新能力的培养与引导势在必行。培养大学生科研创新能力,教学理念的创新是关键,教师要积极提升对学科科技前沿知识的了解,在教学过程中改变陈旧的教学模式,营造宽松和谐的学习环境,鼓励引导学生阅读文献、讲述文献、设计实验,并进入科研实验室进行基本的科研训练,从而提高学生综合能力。

Medical organic chemistry is a compulsory course for medical students,so it is necessary to cultivate and provide guidance for the scientific research innovation ability of college students in the teaching of medical organic chemistry. Teachers should take initiatives to change their teaching notion,and adopt new teaching modes. In the teaching process,teachers should encourage and lead students to study literature,design experiments,and carry out basic scientific research.
