摘要
学分银行是借鉴传统银行的功能特点,通过实现学分认证、存储和兑换等功能,使学习者能够随时、随地、自由选择学习内容的一种教育教学管理制度和运行机制。近年来国内建设学分银行以实现终身学习‘立交桥’的搭建,从而促进各级各类教育纵向和横向的衔接与沟通。目前国内学分银行处于初步探索建设阶段,如果利用SWOT-PEST分析模型对国内学分银行进行宏观分析,就会发现目前国内学分银行建设过程中存在的一些问题,只有采取针对性的对策,才能促进国内学分银行的建设与发展。
With the reference features ot traditional banks, the the realization of the credit authentication, storage, exchange and credit bank was set up through other functions. The educational management system and operation mechanism of this domestic bank can give learners free choice of learning content at anytime, anywhere. The recently built lifelong learning "Overpass" can promote ed- ucation connection and communication at various levels vertically and horizontally. However, the current domestic credit bank is still in the preliminary stage of construction. This paper used SWOT-PEST analysis model to analyze the domestic credit bank, after which some problems existing was found in the construction process of the domestic credit bank. Some corresponding countermeasures were put forward in order to promote the construction and development of domestic credit bank.
