近年来,随着学分制的改革推行,班级概念有所淡化,但以目前全国高校的实际情况来看,大部分高校处于学年制向学分制转换的过渡阶段,班级仍然是大学生的基本组织形式,高校肩负的人才培养的重任无法脱离班级这一组织单位,班级管理模式在相当长的一段时间内还将继续存在,并将继续发挥重要的教育功能。高校应正视当前大学生班级建设中的"五弱化"与"五缺乏"现状,树立"启迪心灵、人格提升、全面发展"的理念,以此指导大学生班级建设。

In recent years, with the reform of the credit system, the class concept has weakened, but in the actual situation of national universities, most colleges and universities are still in the tran- sition stage from school year system to the credit system, therefore, a class is still the basic organiza- tion of college students. Colleges and universities shoulder the heavy responsibility of talent training based on the organization＇s unit of class, so class management will continue to exist in quite a long period of time, and will continue to play an important function of education. Colleges and universities should face up the current college class construction in the ＂five weakening＂ and ＂five lack＂ status, establish a ＂spiritual enlightenment, personality development, all-round development＂ concept, so as to guide the class construction.
