摘要
培养具有国际视野和跨文化能力的教师候选人是教师教育国际化的重要趋势。印第安纳海外实习项目是美国教师教育国际化的经典代表,其在项目设置上体现了补充和替代传统的海外学习的发展定位、跨文化模式多元文化教师教育的目标、整合性与关联性为导向的指导原则、服务学习任务为侧重点的特点。其项目管理体现了软硬并重的申请与监控、全程观照的实施以及自评和他评相结合的评价等特点。海外实习项目之所以成功,除其本身因素之外,国家、高校以及教育学院将国际化的战略整合进海外实习的发展逻辑发挥了至关重要的作用。美国教师教育国际化整体上仍处于缓慢发展阶段,大多数大学的海外实习项目在实施过程中面临着诸多问题与挑战。
Training teacher candidates with an international perspective and intercul- tural competence is an important trend of teacher education internationalization. Overseas program of Indiana University is the classic representative of American teacher education internationalization. It reflects in project-setting the development orientation of comple- menting or replacing overseas study, the goal of intercultural model and muhiculturalism of teacher education, guiding principles oriented to integration and relevance, and features of paying particular emphasis on servicing for learning tasks. In terms of the project manage- ment, it also reflects features of application and supervision in method of hard and soft, im- plementation of contemplation during the program and valuation of self-assessment com- bined with others-assessment. Overseas Program's success has two reasons, in addition to their own factors, another reason is the logic that the nation, the Indiana University and the school of Education integrated internationalization seas ~ To the education internationalization strategy into the development of Over- of American teachers, overseas program is still at a stage of gradually development, during which most overseas programs are facing several problems and challenges when being carried out.
