摘要
文中结合航标资源保护现状,分析了目前航标资源保护存在的问题,对《航道法》的相关规定进行了解读,并提出了航标资源保护方面的建议。
In view of the present conditions of the protection of aids to navigation （AtoN） resources, the paper analyzes the existing problems, interprets relevant provisions in Waterway Law, and proposes suggestions on AtoN resource protection.
