摘要
3D打印技术是通过逐层添加材料,制造三维物体的数字化增材制造技术,结合了众多当代高新技术,将对未来制造业生产模式和人类生活方式产生重要影响。综述了基于熔融挤压快速成型技术(FDM)的3D打印关键技术中的数据模型的建立、快速成型技术和后处理技术的发展现状,介绍了各关键技术对零件成型效果的影响,并对该技术的未来发展趋势进行了展望。
3D printing is a digital material manufacturing technology which makes three dimensional objects by adding material layer by layer. It combines many contemporary high technology and will have an important effect on the manufacturing production mode and the way of human life in the future. The development of 3D printer's key technology was introduced and the way 3D printer was based on fused deposition modeling. The key technology were summarized from three parts:the establishment of data model, rapid prototyping technology and post-processing technology. The effect of key technology on the quality of parts was introduced.
