摘要
羧甲基马铃薯淀粉(AA)接枝丙烯酸(AC)、丙烯酰胺(AM)正交优化合成含共价氮高吸水树脂,最大吸蒸馏水率1700g/g。最优制备方案为:AA∶AC(质量配合比)=1∶7,AA∶AM(质量配合比)=1∶10;交联剂为0.08%(相对AA的质量分数);引发剂为0.45%(相对AA的质量分数);单体中和度为50%;体系总水量85mL。红外光谱、元素分析和热重分析表明,该高吸水树脂耐热性能优良,在395℃之前较稳定;高温下保水率较高,80、120℃时,4h的保水率分别大于70%和30%。
Acrylic acid and acrylamide were grafted onto carboxymethyl potato starch for synthesizing super absorb- ent. The sample maximum water absorbency was 1700g/g. The optimum conditions for obtaining maximum water absorben- cy were as follows : the contents of initiator and cross-linking agent were 0.45% (wt) and 0.08 % (wt), the neutralization degree of acrylic acid was 50%, total water consumption 85mL,the mass ratio of potato starch to acrylic acid was l:7;the mass ratio of potato starch to acrylamide was 1110. It was showed from IR,element analysis and TG-DTA that the absorb- ent resin had a good heat resistance, stable before 395 ℃, the water retention rate of 4 hours was greater than 70% and 30 respectively at 80℃ and 120℃.
