摘要
以贵州省六盘水地区的高铁低铝粉煤灰为吸附剂,超声辅助处理低浓度含磷废水,讨论超声是否利于粉煤灰处理含磷废水;并考察粉煤灰粒度、pH值、吸附时间、含磷废水初始浓度对粉煤灰磷去除率的影响。结果表明:适宜的超声功率,有利于吸附过程的进行;超声功率240W,在浓度5~10mg/L、pH值为8的含磷废水中投加1g粒度为180目的粉煤灰吸附2h,磷去除率可达99.7%,净化后水中磷的浓度为0.015~0.03mg/L。
The ultrasound-assisted adsorption of low phosphate contained wastewater by high-oxide iron low alumi- num fly ash in liupanshui area of Guizhou, discussed effect of ultrasound for treatment of phosphorus wastewater, the effect of particle size of fly ash, pH value, adsorption time,initial concentration of phosphorus wastewater on phosphorus removal rate was studeid. The results showed that suitable ultrasound power, was in favor of the adsorption process. When adsorption 2h under ultrasound power 240W,the initial phosphate concentration was 5--10mg/L,the adsorbent dosage lg, and pH 8, phosphorus removal rate could reach to 99.7G, with residual phosphate mass concentration was 0. 015-0. 03mg/L.
