多重嵌入对集群企业创新能力的作用研究

A study of the effects of multiple embeddedness to cluster firm's innovation capability

集群企业的创新能力具有多重嵌入特性,区域文化嵌入、知识网络关系与结构嵌入对其具有重要影响。通过对浙江省绍兴和温州160家集群企业的问卷调查和实证检验,研究发现:区域文化嵌入的深度对集群企业知识网络关系强度、持久度及网络规模、多样性和开放度具有显著影响;区域文化嵌入的广度对集群企业知识网络多样性和开放度的作用则由于两地文化内容的差异呈现巨大差别。而网络关系强度、持久度与网络多样性对集群企业探索性/利用性创新能力均具有显著影响,网络开放度对集群企业利用性创新能力具有显著影响,但网络规模对集群企业创新能力的作用不显著。

Cluster firms＇ innovation capability has multiple embedded features. It is influenced by cultural, relational and struc- tural embeddedness. Based on a questionnaire survey and empirical study of 160 cluster firms of Shaoxing and Wenzhou, it is found that embeddedness depth of regional culture has important impacts on knowledge network＇ s relational strength, duration, network size, diversity and openness of cluster firms; but the effects of embeddedness breadth of regional culture to knowledge network diversity and openness appear great differences due to different cultural contents between two regions. Then knowledge network＇ s relational strength, duration and network diversity have significant impacts on cluster firms＇ exploratory/exploitative innovation, and network openness has significant impacts on cluster firm＇ s exploitative innovation, but network size has no signif- icant impacts on cluster firm＇s innovation capability.
