战略性新兴产业的成长和发展需要大量的资本投入。产融结合,充分发挥资本市场资源配置功能,有助于战略性产业的培育和成长。本文论证了战略性新兴产业发展存在"麦克米伦缺口"、资金供给渠道的基础上,还分析了金融支持产业发展效率现状,研究表明,中国对战略性新兴产业的金融支持效率尚未达到最优,金融支持产业发展的规模效益尚待提高,金融体系的资源配置功能仍需进一步优化和提升,最后提出金融支持产业发展的提升路径。
