摘要
由于生鲜食品的时鲜性、易腐性、季节性等特点以及消费者对质量要求的提高,其供应链质量安全控制问题成为管理的一个难点。本文从供应链的角度构建了生鲜食品质量安全预警指标体系,为克服特征量值的不确定性和主观性,引入三角模糊数对物元可拓模型进行改进,并结合信息熵理论和决策人风险偏好,建立了基于熵权和模糊物元可拓的生鲜食品质量安全预警模型。通过实例分析,表明经过改进的物元可拓模型对于解决食品质量安全预警问题是有效的。
Due to the seasonal and perishable natures of fresh food and improvement of consumer demand,quality and safety of fresh food supply chain has become a difficult management problem.Quality and safety evaluation index system of fresh food was built based on supply chain. To overcome the features of uncertainty and subjectivity,triangular fuzzy number was introduced to improve the matter-element extension (MEE)model, combining the theory of information entropy and decision-maker risk preference.Pre-waming model for fresh food was built based on entropy weight and fuzzy MEE.Through numerical examples,it showed that the improved model was effective for warning of food quality and safety and provided a new idea and method for the pre-warning of quality and safety management.
