摘要
本文采用有限差分法,对耐火材料工业隧道窑窑车衬砖和车上制品进行了二维瞬态导热数值实验研究。研究了两种推车制度和两种温度制度,四种窑车衬砖结构,两种窑长等工况,讨论了燃料消耗与制品、窑车衬砖、窑车金属件传热的关系及节能型轻质窑车的设计。所得结果与实际情况相一致。
The finite difference method has been used to compute the two-dimensional transient heat conduction in products of the refractory industrial tunnel kiln and lining bricks of the kiln car. FORTRAN language and NCR-8570 computer were used, with the tunnel-kiln for roasting the fireclay bricks as an example. Twotr am-mers and two temperature schedules, four different lining constructions of the kiln car as well as two kiln lengths were modelled numerically. The design of an e-nergy-saving lightweight kiln car has bsen quantitatively investigated.The results show that the numerical method can be used not only to study the temperature distribution in the products and the linings, the heat storage and the product firing, but also to design the lining brick construction of a kiln car, to determine the fuel consumption, etc. It is also shown that proper choice of the temperature schedule, the trammer schedule and lining brick construction are very important to production safety, more output and energy saving (up to 15% if a lightweight kiln car is used).
