摘要 为适应跨区特高压互联大电网的发展,深度理解特高压复奉、锦苏、宾金直流对华北-华中-西南链式交流同步电网的影响,从跨区多条直流连续多次、同时换相失败的机理入手,研究导致特高压复奉、锦苏、宾金直流连续多次、同时换相失败的华东电网故障,以及对华北-华中-西南链式交流同步电网产生的冲击,并找出了减小影响的有效措施:延长华东线路重合闸间隔时间、配置安控切机措施、及根据四川南部、重庆开机容量,合理规定华北-华中-西南链式交流同步电网跨区联络线的稳定限额。 To adapt the development of cross UHV interconnected power grid, and find out the impact of UHVDC Fufeng, Jinsu and Jinbin to North-Central-Southwest China AC synchronous grid, we researched the mechanism of repeatedly and simultaneous commutation failure in multiple HVDC power transmission system between two regional power grids, and failure of East China power grid dued to repeatedly, simultaneous commutation failure in UHVDC Fufeng, Jinsu and Jinbin between Sichuan power grid and East China power grid, and the impact of North-Central-Southwest China AC synchronous grid. Meanwhile, we took effective measures to reduce the impact, including prolonging the time interval between the time of the lock of the East China line, and configuring security control measures cutting machine. Moreover, according to southern Sichuan, Chongqing power capacity, we reasonably required the stability limit of cross-tie line of North-Central-Southwest China AC synchronous grid.
