影响三阴性乳腺癌患者术后的危险因素评估及预后评价 被引量:4

摘要 乳腺癌已成为女性最常见的恶性肿瘤,全球每年新增乳腺癌患者约140万人,死于乳腺癌的患者约46万[1]。随着分子生物学技术的发展和对乳腺癌生物学特性的深入了解,三阴性乳腺癌(triple negative breast cancer,TNBC)逐渐受到人们的关注。三阴性乳腺癌是指雌激素受体(ER)和孕激素受体(PR)及人表皮生长因子受体-2(HER-2)表达阴性,在乳腺癌中约占15%-20%[2],
