中西部高校如何建设研究生国际化课程?——以海南大学为例

On How to Construct International Courses for Postgraduate Students in Central-Western Universities in China:Exemplified with Hainan University

国际化课程是课程理念、授课内容与方式实现国际化与前沿化的课程,是提升高校教学质量与影响力的一个重要途径。对于科研与教学基础较弱、资金有限的中西部高校,如何开设国际化课程并通过国际化课程建设提升影响力和实现"一流学科",是一个现实难题。本文根据海南大学"热带植物生物多样性保护"国际化课程连续三年的建设经验,建议首先通过邀请符合条件的不同地区外籍专家实现主讲教师、课程内容与授课方式等的国际化,然后通过"立足特色、寻找知音、错位发展、与时俱进"等实现授课内容与方式上的国际化与前沿化。这一成功经验为中西部高校开设国际化课程提供了参考。

The international course is a course with interna-tional contents and teaching methods, which is an important way to improve the impacts of a university. In the central-western universities in China, however, the international courses are very hard to open and construct because of limited financial support and poor teaching team. In this study, we proposed some prac-tices and experience based on a three-year international course, i.e. ＂Biodiversity Conservation of Tropical Plants＂. We found that the international course should be carried out with enough foreign teachers and teachers from other domestic universities in China. The central-western universities in China must combine their distinguishing features and advantageous aspects to con-struct an international course.
