“材料加工数值模拟”中的轴承套圈冷轧建模模仿教学案例解析

摘要 随着计算机科学发展,数值模拟法在材料加工学科的应用日益广泛。本文以轴承套圈的冷轧成形建模为教学案例,阐述了数值模拟技术在《材料加工数值模拟》课程教学中的应用。该模仿教学模式不仅使学生学会了一门实用软件,还帮助学生对材料加工工艺有了更深刻的认识,大大提高了教学质量。 With the development of computer science, numeri-cal simulation method is more popular in the material processing subject. In this paper, a numerical simulation case of cold pre-cision ring rolling for bearing ring was taken as an example to introduce the application of numerical simulation method in the teaching of "Material Processing Numerical Simulation" course. The imitative teaching mode is not only making students learn a practical software, but also helping students to have a deeper understanding of materials processing technology, which greatly improves the teaching quality.
