摘要
本文结合职业学校工作实际,提出了构建工作价值观从文本到践行的理论模型,构建以"尊重"为核心的工作价值观教育文本模型,构建中等职业学校工作价值观教育工作体系模型,形成"知晓、理解、评价、行动"四步循环德育工作模型,对职业学校开展工作价值观教育,使学生具有工匠精神,培育和践行社会主义核心价值观有一定的参考意义。
Combined with the realities of vocational schools, this paper proposes a theoretical model of work values from the-ory to practice, constructs a model of the work values education system in vocational schools, forms a four-step moral education model including knowing, understanding, evaluating and acting, and also carries out work values education in vocational schools, aiming to cultivate students' spirit of craftsmanship, and also provide some reference for the cultivation and practice of core socialist values.
