建立具有中国特色的现代大学制度,是推进教育领域综合改革的客观要求,也是促进高等院校科学发展的重要保障。现代大学制度的重要特征是公开透明,主动接受社会各界和利益相关者的监督。信息公开是推进高校民主办学和依法治校的重要举措。文章秉承"以法治谋发展,以阳光促和谐"的理念,践行依法治校及现代大学制度精神,分析高校信息公开工作现状,提出改进高校信息公开工作水平的具体措施,以期推进高校信息公开工作上升新台阶。

Establishing a modern university system with Chi-nese characteristics is an objective requirement to promote the comprehensive reform of the field of education and an import-ant guarantee to promote the scientific development of colleges and universities. The modern university system is open and transparent, and takes the initiative to accept the supervision of the community and stakeholders. Information disclosure is an important measure to promote democracy and the rule of law in colleges and universities. Adhering to the concept of ＂pursuing development based on the rule of law, and promoting harmony openly＂, this article practices the rule of law and the spirit of the modern university system, analyzes the status of information disclosure in colleges and universities, and puts forward the concrete measures for improving the level of information disclo-sure, hoping to promote the information disclosure work up to a new level.
