产教融合 永续精营——学生职业素质与专业技能融合式培养特色

Maintaining Refined Operation Based on Production-Education Integration: On the Integrated Cultivation of Students' Professional Quality and Professional Skills

"产教融合,工学结合"是职业教育培养技能应用型人才的根本道路,这已经成为当前我国职业教育改革发展的共识。如何发挥民办高职院校自身体制机制优势,使"产学研一体化"迈向"永续精营",成为学校可持续发展的动力,非常值得我们探讨。本文以泉州理工职业学院为例,分析学校近年来在这方面所作的一些尝试和成效,供借鉴研判。在"产学研一体化"实践过程中,泉州理工职业学院逐步探索,形成一条适合民办高职院校生存发展、办出水平和特色之路,其基本思路即"建设一个专业群,培育一个以上自有知名企业,服务区域一个产业",打造"产业伙伴型"的"永续精营"循环体系。"人之始生,本乎精血之原;人之既生,由乎水谷之养。非精血,无以充形体之基;非水谷,无以成形体之壮"。吴金营先生是泉州理工职业学院的创办人,是勤奋创业的典范,"金营"精神是学校的根、是学校的魂;从2001年到2015年,学校步入办高校的历程,这是一个"经营"的阶段,面对无数坎坷和困难,理工学院挺着胸膛走过来了;接下来,我们将通过"精心"的课程设计,推动"精彩"的人才培养模式改革,打造"精英"的教学团队,建设"精选"的校内实训基地,提供"精致"的社会服务,将泉州理工学院办成名校。

＂Production-education integration and work-study combination＂ is the fundamental way of vocational education to cultivate technical and applied talents, which has become a common viewpoint in the current vocational education reform and development in China. How to give play to the advantages of private higher vocational colleges is an issue worthy of explora- tion. With Quanzhou Institute of Technology as the example, this paper analyzes the attempts made and results achieved in recent years. In the process of our practice, a featured road suitable for the survival and development of private higher vocational colleges formed. In this paper, we mainly introduce the arduous process of our practice, and also show the readers the promising future of our institute.
