全科医生培训管理是医院教学管理中非常重要的部分,会直接影响到培训的效率和质量,在新形势下,医院应结合全科医生培训特点,在医院信息平台的基础上,建立适应全科医生培训需要的培训管理系统。本文就全科医生培训管理系统建立的必要性进行了分析,提出了全科医生培训管理系统的设计方案。

As an important part of hospital teaching and management, the training and management of general practitioners directly influences the efficiency and quality of the whole training work. Under the new situation, hospitals should establish a training and management system suitable for the training of general practitioners combined with the characteristics of general practitioners training and based on the hospital information platform. This paper analyzes the necessity of establishing the training and management system for general practitioners, and proposes a design scheme for the training and management system of general practitioners.
