目前,全球一体化建设的步伐逐渐加快,经济一体化逐渐形成、文化逐渐融合,科技不断进步,其中,团队合作精神已经成为了全球发展的重要要素之一。如何培养和建设优秀的团队一直是国内外研究的热点问题之一。而供应链是竞争背景下团队精神的一种外化形式。学生只有不断掌握并熟练操作供应链管理的相关知识和方法才能解决一些实际问题,对此,本文进行了相关研究与分析。

Currently, with the acceleration of global integration, the gradual formation of economic integration, the gradual in- tegration of culture, and the continuous progress of science and technology, teamwork spirit has become an important element for global development. However, how to cultivate and build ex- cellent teams has always been a focal issue in domestic and for- eign studies. Supply chain is an external form of teamwork spirit in competitions. To solve practical problems, students must grasp and skillfully operate the relevant knowledge and methods of supply chain management.
