浅谈“微时代”背景下高职院校学生管理方式的创新

A Brief Discussion on the Innovation of Student Management Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges under the "Micro Era" Background

在微时代中实施教育改革,并在微时代中把握学生管理正确方向,是现今高职院校重点工作之一。简而言之就是微时代下高职院校需要创新对学生的实际管理方式,培养社会真正所需的优秀人才。而本文基于此就微时代特征进行着手分析,之后就高职院校微时代创新优化"学管"工作措施进行探讨。以期为后续关于高职院校以及微时代教育改革方面的研究提供理论上的参考依据,更为未来高职院校教学发展献出自己的一份研究力量。

It is one of the key work of higher vocational colleges to carry out educational reform and to grasp the correct direc- tion of students＇ management in the micro era. In short, higher vocational colleges need to innovate the practical mode of stu- dent management, so as to cultivate talents really needed by the society. In this paper, based on the characteristics of the micro era, the measures for the innovation and optimization of student management in higher vocational colleges in the micro era are discussed. The writer aims to provide a theoretical basis for the follow-up study on the reform of higher vocational colleges and the education in micro era, and also make a contribution to the future development of higher vocational colleges.
