高校学生随意性评教的危害、影响因素及应对策略

On the Harm, Influence Factors and Strategies of University Students' Random Evaluation of Teaching

学生评教已成为高校教学质量管理体系中的一个重要组成部分。目前,网上评教是各大高校采用的主要评教方式,但由于学校对评教的宣传不到位、评教系统和指标本身存在问题等原因,学生随意性评教行为较为突出,导致评教结果缺乏信度和效度。本文旨在通过问卷调查和访谈的方式,分析大学生随意性评教的表现、危害和影响因素,并在此基础上提出应对策略。

Students＇ evaluation of teaching has become an im- portant component of the teaching quality management system in universities. At present, the online student evaluation is the main evaluation method used by universities. Due to the fact that the propaganda of school teaching evaluation is not in place,and evaluation system and the index exist problems,etc., the behav- ior of students＇ random evaluation is more outstanding, which results in lack of reliability and validity of evaluation results. Through the way of questionnaire and interview, this paper＇s purpose is to analyze the performance, harm and influence fac- tors of the university students＇ randomness evaluation of teach- ing, and put forward some strategies on the basis of this.
