基于老年人心理需求的青年志愿者服务模式初探

A Tentative Exploration on the Mode of Youth Volunteer Service Based on the Psychological Needs of the Elderly

文章认为,从老年人心理需求出发,青年志愿者服务模式应从以下方面着手:(1)约定青年志愿者服务老年人的基本原则。这些原则包含尊重、真诚、包容、专注原则。(2)从激发青年志愿者的责任感,增强组织文化的吸引力,完善评价机制等角度出发,构建青年志愿者服务老年人的激励机制。(3)从志愿者精神培训、礼仪和沟通协调技巧培训、心理学知识和医学知识的培训、对服务对象整体情况进行了解等四方面出发,构建青年志愿者培训机制。(4)从社会政策支持、高校举措配合、多渠道筹措资金等方面出发,健全青年志愿者的服务保障体系。文章最后提出,国家、社会、高校应努力营造全社会尊重志愿服务的良好氛围。

Starting from the psychological needs of the elder- ly, this paper holds that, the mode of youth volunteer service should be carried out from the following aspects： （1） Setting up the basic principles of youth volunteer service for the elderly, including respecting, sincerity, tolerance and concentration. （2） Establishing an incentive mechanism for it by stimulating youth volunteers＇ sense of responsibility, enhancing the ability to absorb the culture of the organization, and improving the evalu- ation system. （3） Constructing a youth volunteer training system from volunteer spirit training, etiquette and communication skills training, psychological and medical knowledge training, and keeping track of the overall situation of the served objects. （4） Improving the guarantee system for youth volunteer service from social policy support, college-society cooperation, and fund raising in multiple ways. This paper finally proposes that the country, society and college should work together to establish a good atmosphere in which the whole society respect volunteer service.
