对高校特种设备全程管理的探索

Exploration on the Whole-process Management of Special Equipment in Colleges and Universities

由于教学、科研、生活的需要,学校拥有相当数量的各类特种设备。为防止和减少事故的发生、保障学校师生员工的安全、创造良好的办学条件,加强对特种设备的安全管理成为构建和谐校园的重要保障。本文基于中华人民共和国特种设备安全法,围绕高校特种设备全程管理中存在的问题进行阐述和分析,对如何做好高校特种设备全程管理工作提出了意见和建议。

Due to the need of teaching, research and life, col- leges and universities hold a considerable number of various types of special equipment. In order to prevent and decrease the occurrence of accidents, to guarantee the safety of the students and teachers, and to create good school-running conditions, to strengthen security management of special equipment becomes a fundamental guarantee of building a stable and harmonious campus. Based on Special Equipment Safety Law of the People＇s Republic of China, this paper focuses on the problems in the management of special equipment in colleges and universities, and puts forward opinions and suggestions on how to well im- plement the whole-process management of special equipment in colleges and universities.
