中小学图书馆的建设情况与利用策略

On the Construction Status and Utilization Strategies of Libraries in Primary and Secondary Schools

在全民阅读成为常态的社会背景下,中小学图书馆是保证和促进中小学生阅读必不可少的事业。无锡市基础教育发达,本文立足于无锡市中小学图书馆的建设与利用现状,研究学校图书馆建设中馆舍、藏书、人员配备等方面以及图书馆的场地、书籍的利用中存在的问题,进行原因的探析,从政府的相关投入、学校对图书馆价值的认知以及阅读活动的开展等角度寻求解决问题的相关策略,从而促进中小学图书馆的建设与完善,提高图书馆的利用率,更好地推进全民阅读。

Under the social background that nationwide reading has become a normal state, libraries of primary and secondary schools are necessary places to ensure and promote primary and secondary school students＇ reading. Basic education is advanced in Wuxi City. Based on the current situation of the construction and utilization of libraries in primary and secondary schools of Wuxi City, this paper studies the problems existing in library rooms, books and staff, as well as library place and book utiliza- tion, analyzes the causes, and proposes some strategies to solve them, such as government investment, the cognition of library value and the implementation of reading activities. The aim is to promote the construction and improvement of libraries in pri- mary and secondary schools, improve the utilization of libraries, and better promote nationwide reading.
