灯盏花素注射液对急性胰腺炎患者营养状况及免疫功能的影响

Effects of breviscapine injection on nutritional status and immune function of patients with acute pancreatitis

目的探讨灯盏花素注射液对急性胰腺炎患者营养状况及免疫功能的影响。方法将80例急性胰腺炎患者按随机数表法分为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用灯盏花素注射液治疗。比较2组患者的营养状况、免疫功能、恢复情况、临床疗效及并发症。结果治疗后,观察组患者的白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白及血红蛋白水平均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组患者的血清淀粉酶、白细胞、C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α及白细胞介素-1水平均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组患者的腹痛缓解时间、腹胀缓解时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、血清淀粉酶降至正常时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者腹腔感染、胰腺脓肿、严重腹胀及胰腺假性囊肿的并发症发生率均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论灯盏花素注射液可有效改善急性胰腺炎患者的营养状况,提高免疫力,有利于患者康复。

Objective It is to investigate the effects of breviscapine injection on nutritional status and immune function of patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods 80 patients with acute pancreatitis were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group. The control group patients were given routine treatment. The observation group patients were treated with breviscapine injection on this basis. The nutritional status,the immune function,the recovery situation,the clinical curative effect and the complication were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the albumin level,the prealbumin level,the transferrin level and the hemoglobin level in the observation group patients were notably higher than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. The amylase level,the white blood cell level,the C-reactive protein level,the tumour necrosis factor-α level and the interleukin-1 level in serum of the observation group patients were evidently lower than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The relief time of abdominal pain,the relieving time of abdominal distension,the recovery time of bowel sound,the serum amylase to normal time and the hospitalization time of the observation group patients were markedly shorter than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The treatment efficiency in the observation group patients was visibly higher than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. The complication rates of the abdominal infection,the pancreatic abscess,the severe abdominal distension and the pancreatic pseudocyst in the observation group patients were unusually lower than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The breviscapine injection can efficaciously improve the nutritional status and the immune function of patients with acute pancreatitis. It is conducive to rehabilitation.
