河南省燃煤电厂“十二五”大气污染物对空气质量的影响

Effects of Atmospheric Pollutants on the Air Quality from Coal-fired Power Plants in Henan Province during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan Period

伴随着河南省燃煤发电近年来迅猛发展,燃煤电厂排放的大气污染物对空气质量造成的影响不容忽视。文章在全面分析"十二五"期间燃煤电厂排放大气污染物情况的基础上,探讨大气污染物对空气质量产生的影响。分层级提出"十二五"主要大气污染物指标,针对排放形成的二次污染的前提物质,还是煤烟型污染的重要因素[5]。"十二五"规划的实施,加快燃煤机组低氮燃烧技术改造和烟气脱硝设施建设,加大二氧化硫和氮氧化物减排力度,全省酸雨发生率下降。相比"十一五"减排已取得明显效果。

In recent years, with the rapid development of coal-fired electricity generation in Henan province, the effect of air pollutants from coal-fired power plants on air quality can not be ignored. Based on the comprehensive analysis of coal-fired plants emissions of air pollutants during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period, this article explores the effect of air pollutants on air quality. It hierarchically put forward the main air pollutants index during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period. The conditional substances, have formed aim at dischargement, is the significant factor to the coal-burning pollution. The implementation of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan, accelerate the low-nitrogen combustion technological transformation for coal-fired unit and the construction for the flue gas De-NOx facility and increase the intensity of emission reduction to SO2 and NOx. It reduces the occurrences of acid rain in the all province. It has achieved remarkable results for emission reduction compared to the Eleventh Five-Year plan.
