现代企业行政管理系统现状及改革探讨

Discussion on the Present Situation and Reform of Administration System in the Modern Enterprise

企业行政是企业的中枢神经系统,行政管理体系担负着企业的管理工作,为了进一步降低行政管理系统资源消耗,提高管理效率,在行政管理系统引进了精益管理思想。通过对现代企业行政系统的管理工作进行分析研究,结合精益管理思想相关理论和工具,阐述了现代企业行政系统实施的精益管理策略。实施结果表明,现代企业行政系统的单箱管理费用和各项消耗数据同比均有了明显降低。精益管理理念为提高行政管理系统的管理水平提供了理论指导思想。

The enterprise administration is the central nervous system of the enterprise, the administrative system bears the management of the enterprise. In order to further reduce the resource consumption of the administrative management system, improve the management efficiency, the lean management ideas are introduced into administrative management system. Through analyzing and studying the management of the modern enterprise administrative system, combining with the related theory and tools of lean management, this paper expounds the lean management strategy of the modern enterprise administrative system. Implementation results show that the single box management costs and the consumption data of the modern enterprise administrative system are significantly reduced. The concept of lean management provides the theoretical guide for improving the management level of the administrative management system.
