摘要
为系统分析和改善深圳公交系统劳动关系,通过设计调研问卷对公交系统一线员工实地调研,统计结果显示,深圳公交系统薪酬管理制度不满意率超过了50%,超三成人员不满意上级领导,工作环境也是影响和谐劳动关系构建的重要因素,最后依据结果给出了建议性措施。
In order to analyze and improve the labor relations of Shenzhen public transit system, the workers at the production line of public transportation system are researched by the design and analysis questionnaire. Statistical results show that the unsatisfied rate of the compensation management system of Shenzhen public transport system is more than 50%, more than 30%members are not satisfied with the superior leadership. The work environment is also an important factor to influence the construction of harmonious labor relations, and finally the proposed measures are put forward based on the results.
