摘要
本文以新建长沙至昆明客运专线采用的CRTSⅠ型双块式无砟轨道为例,将主要阐述其在路基、桥梁和过渡段使用的结构和技术特点及相关接口条件。在进一步阐述CRTSⅠ型轨道板生产工艺的流程及构配件拆除的物流组织和成品保护的基础上,对CRTSⅠ型无砟轨道整体道床造价进行分析,并与CRTSⅠ板式、Ⅱ型板式、Ⅲ型板式无砟轨道造价进行对比。
Taking the CRTSⅠdouble block ballastless track of the new Changsha to Kunming passenger line as an example, this paper mainly elaborated its structure and technical characteristics used in the roadbed, bridge and transition section as well as its related interface conditions. In the further elaboration of the production process of CRTSⅠrail board and the logistics organization and product protection of the basic structure in the demolition, it analyzed the overall roadbed cost of the CRTSⅠ ballastless track, and compared with that of type I, type II, and type III.
