微信公众平台在西北五省公共图书馆应用的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Application of WeChat Public Platform in the Public Library of the Five Provinces and Autonomous Regions in Northwest China

通过对国内省级公共图书馆微信公众平台的应用进行调查分析,对微信公众号的开通、基本功能、使用情况及更新频率进行了统计,进而分析了微信公众平台在西北五省的应用及推广。认为图书馆对开展微信公众平台服务认识不足,功能不全,内容枯燥,推广不力等,并对此提出建议和对策。

Based on the investigation and analysis of the application of WeChat public platform in the provincial public library in China, the opening, basic function, usage and update frequency of the official accounts of WeChat are summarized, and the application and promotion of WeChat public platform in the are analyzed in the five provinces and autonomous regions in northwest China are analyzed. It is considered that libraries have insufficient understanding of carrying out WeChat public platform service, the function is not complete, the content is dull, and there is lack of promotion, etc., and suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.
