摘要
以硅酸钠、硫酸铁为原料制备聚硅酸硫酸铁(PFSS),先利用正交实验确定不同p H值、不同铁硅摩尔比以及不同二氧化硅含量对石灰-铁盐法处理后的冶炼废水中砷絮凝效果的影响,再利用单因素法考察了不同条件下的聚硅酸硫酸铁对处理后废水除砷效果,实验表明:通过正交实验可知二氧化硅的含量对除砷有着重要的作用,依次为铁硅摩尔比、聚硅酸聚合时间与PFSS活化时间。当二氧化硅含量为2.0%、铁硅比为4:1、聚合p H值为3.0,活化p H值为2.0时候,具有最佳效果,去除率达到98.75%,此时废水中砷含量为0.37mg/L,国标排放标准。当对其进行单因素分析时,其结果符合正交实验规律。
Sodium silicate and iron sulfate are used to prepare PFSS. First the orthogonal experiment is used to determine the effect of different pH values, different Fe-Si molar ratio, different silica contents on the arsenic flocculation effect of the smelting wastewater after lime-ferric salt process, and then the arsenic removal effect of PFSS to wastewater after treatment under different conditions is investigated by single factor method. The experiments show that: the silica content plays an important role in arsenic removal, followed by Fe-Si molar ratia, poly-silicic acid polymerization time and PFSS activation time. When the silica content is 2.0%, Fe-Si ratio is 4: 1, and polymerization pH is 3.0, activated pH is 2.0, it has the best result, with removal rate reaching 98.75%, at this time the content of arsenic in waste water is 0.37mg/L, GB emission standards. When carrying out univariate analysis, the result is in line with the law of the orthogonal experiment.
