本文通过审视非物质文化遗产的本质,并结合我国其他地区非物质文化遗产知识产权保护的实践,对当前山东省非物质文化遗产知识产权保护工作现状进行了深入的剖析,探讨与非物质文化遗产相关的知识产权具体制度和理论,并借鉴国外已有的相关经验提出非物质文化遗产的著作权、专利权、地理标志权等一系列的知识产权保护措施。

The paper examines the nature of intangible cultural heritage, and combined with the practice of intellectual property protection of intangible cultural heritage in other parts of China, it analyzes the current situation of the intangible cultural heritage protection work in Shandong Province, explores the specific system and theory of intellectual property related to intangible cultural heritage, presents a series of intellectual property protection measures, such as the copyright, patent right, and the right of geographical indication of the intangible cultural heritage learning from foreign experience.
