摘要
采用田口方法对HMA(热熔胶)进行配方设计,得到满足沟槽滤棒圆周稳定性控制要求的HMA。首先设置控制因子与水平表,由极差分析确定制备HMA的较优设计方案;其次以信噪比和灵敏度作为稳健性指标,采用望目特性分析法得到制备HMA的最佳设计方案;最后对制备HMA的最佳设计方案进行验证,并确认其可靠性。研究结果表明:当HMA中w(费托蜡)=15%、w(氢化石油树脂)=25%、w(石蜡)=5%和w[EVA(乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物)]=35%时,所得沟槽滤棒的圆周过程能力指数超过4σ水平,说明其过程控制能力较好、状态稳定。
The formula of HMA (hot melt adhesive) was designed by Taguchi method, so the obtained HMA could meet the circumference stability control requirements of groove filter rod. First, set up the control factor and level table, so the better designing scheme of preparing HMA was ensured by range analysis. Secondly, with signal/noise ratio and sensitivity as robustness indexes, so the optimal designing scheme of preparing HMA was obtained by analyzing nominal-the-type characteristic method. Finally, the optimal designing scheme of preparing HMA was verified, and confirm its reliability. The research results showed that the groove filter rod had the better process control ability and stable status because its circumference process ability index was above 4σ level when mass fractions of fischer-tropsch wax, hydrogenated petroleum resin, paraffin and EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer) in HMA were 15%, 25%, 5% and 35% respectively.
