窗膜压敏胶用交联剂的性能研究

摘要 对氮丙啶类交联剂、蜜胺树脂类交联剂及有机金属盐交联剂的交联机制进行了分析,并着重探讨了不同交联剂掺量对窗膜PSA(压敏胶)之剥离强度、适用期、溢胶量、胶转移性能及橘皮纹等影响。研究结果表明:当w(氮丙啶类交联剂)=0.2%~0.4%、w(蜜胺树脂类交联剂)=1.0%~1.5%、w(有机金属盐交联剂)=2%~3%(均相当于PSA质量而言)时,窗膜PSA具有较好的综合性能;随着交联剂掺量的增加,交联度均随之增长,含氮丙啶类交联剂或蜜胺树脂类交联剂的窗膜PSA之交联度较高、内聚力增强明显,故胶转移性能良好且溢胶量相对较少。 The erosslinking mechanism of aziridine crosslinker, melamine resin crosslinker and organic metal salt crosslinker was analyzed, and the influences of different crosslinker contents on peeling strength, working life, adhesive overflow, adhesive transfer property and orange peel lines of window film PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) were emphatically discussed. The research resuhs showed that the window fihn PSA had the better combination property when mass fractions of aziridine crosslinker, melamine resin crosslinker and organic metal salt crosslinker were 0.2%-0.4% , 1.0%- 1.5% and 2%-3% respectively in PSA. The erosslinking degree was increased with increasing crosslinker content, the window film PSA with aziridine crosslinker or melamine resin crosslinker had the good adhesive transfer property and the relatively less adhesive overflow because their crosslinking degree was higher, and cohesion was obviously increased.
