浅析红透山矿采矿难题的技术处理及其进步意义

摘要 红透山矿业建矿以来,由于多年爆破开采形成了大量陷落区,且陷落区边帮以每年数米速度迅速向外扩展,危及井塔和相关构筑设施的安全。矿山根据"安全深度"理论,在系统空区上部构筑人工胶结隔离层,在隔离层以下对矿体即时充填,保障了生产安全。针对矿山厚大矿体开采造成的地压失稳,采取两部采矿法,有效控制冲击地压,避免了人员伤亡事故。 Since the Hongtoushan Mine was built,a large number of subsidence area was formed by years of blasting mining,and the subsidence area edge has been rapid extension outward for several meters per year,endanger the safety of the wells and relevant construction of facilities.According to the theory ofsafety depth",the Mine built an artificial cementation isolation layer at the top of the mined-out area,orebody below the isolation layer was filled instantly,thus to ensure the safety of the production.For the ground pressure instability caused by the large and thick orebody mining,two-step stoping mining method was taken to control the rock bursts effectively,and avoid the personnel casualty accidents.
