摘要
铅基阳极材料在电镀、电解等湿法冶金领域有着重要的应用。以湿法冶金中涉及较多的硫酸根离子溶液为电解质,处理后的铅试样作为阳极,低碳钢板作为阴极,由这三者组成电解质体系。采用SEM、XRD及电化学分析等检测技术,研究在电场作用下体系中不同氧化时间对铅基氧化膜性能的影响,具体讨论了氧化时间对铅基氧化膜表面形貌、物相结构、电化学性能、耐腐蚀性能、循环伏安曲线和阻抗谱以及半导体性能的影响。
Lead substrate anodes are widely used in industrial hydrometallurgical processes,such as electroplating and electrochemical field.In this paper,we treat sulfuric acid root ion solution as electrolyte that has been involved widely in hydrometallurgical,handled lead sample as the anode,low carbon steel plate as cathode,which constitute electrolyte system.By using SEM,XRD,electrochemical detection technology,the properties of lead anode oxide film in electrolyte with different oxidation time under the electric system are studied,and the effect of oxidation time on surface morphology,phase structure,electrochemical performance,corrosion resistance,cycle volt-ampere curve,impedance spectroscopy and the influence of the semiconductor of lead oxide film are discussed in detail.
